I have the NFT ticket so why can't I access the streaming page?
Please make sure you have purchased the Streaming Ticket NFT. The NFT of the film trailer will not get you access to watch the film. You can either buy the streaming ticket on our website or on Zora here.

I have access to the streaming page so why isn't the film loading?
We use DRM protection to prevent piracy of the film. Some browsers do not support playing DRM protected content. You can often change your browser settings to enable play of DRM content or you can switch browsers.
If this still doesn't solve your issue it may be an issue with your internet provider who is blocking access. People have found success using a VPN to get around this issue.
Can I purchase the film without a crypto wallet?
Yes! You can create a bonfire profile and purchase the NFT streaming ticket using a credit card. Just click on the "mint" button on our homepage.
Why isn't the film playing at high quality?
The film quality adjusts to your internet bandwidth but you can force the film to play at full HD by clicking on the settings "gear" symbol in the bottom right hand corner of the player and choosing 1080p.
